“Poor customer service and sizing issues with footwear”

I am sorry that the shoes did not fit. The manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit. I can see from the correspondence that the Customer Service team responded to your email promptly with suggestions of how to get a better fit and informing you that we offer a 28 day no quibble returns policy to allow customers time to try on their goods when they have been delivered and return them with a free Royal Mail returns label if they don't fit. The goods are then refunded.

“My first time buying from Dance Direct, excellent service from ordering to delivery. An excellent product, I was looking for very fine fishnets trimmed with stones. These are an excellent fit, which is rare for me, as I am 5’2 and also excellent quality.”
