“I have returned a previous order as they are the wrong size . I am still awaiting my refund!! Shoes returned almost 2 weeks ago.”

“My daughter needed split sole jazz shoes for theatre school which I ordered from Dance Direct. They arrived within the expected delivery window. As the shoes were a like-for-like purchase of an existing pair, I knew they would fit. The price was slightly less than the previous pair which were purchased in a local dancewear shop. As this was a simple purchase with no need for after sales service I cannot comment on Dance Direct services beyond procurement.”
