“The website was nice and easy to use. I ordered a pair of jazz shoes, but when they turned up they were way yo small, there’s no way on Earth that they were a 4, more like a 2 1/2 or a 3. Think the sizing of things may need double checking or a note saying that they came up smaller than advertised. Easy to send stuff back, currently awaiting the new shoes …. Size 6, never brought a size 6 in my life!”

I am sorry that the jazz shoes did not fit. The manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit. “Great products at good prices. Not always the best communicators though - my order included four pairs of tights, only one delivered. I had to contact them to find out the other three pairs are out of stock and on back order - a note on my invoice saying so would have been useful”
