I have had my order arrive, but they have come up so small. I emailed at the weekend to do a return and replace but have had no reply? Not sure what to say dispatch seemed to take a while so if u need stuff quickly would order sooner, however the quality of the item i received is what would put me off ordering again not the dispatch time

I am sorry you were unhappy with the despatch time. We received the order on the 22nd which was a Sunday and the goods were despatched on the 25th.

It appears that the replacement you requested was more expensive than the return and the Returns Department emailed you for additional payment. I am sorry if you have not received this communication. I will ask Customer Services to contact you again.

I am sorry you have not received your parcel yet. It was due to be delivered on Friday 29th. I am chasing Royal Mail to see why it has not been delivered.

Size of shoes not good so small and narrow will be returning goods arrived in good time though

Items went missing in post and another item was not stated as being out of stock until after I purchased it and it was supposed to be sent. Replacement was offered at a smaller size which would have been no good for the user.

Thank you for the review. I am sorry some of your order got lost in the post. We try to keep on top of stock issues but occasionally the item is not on the shelf although the system says we have it in stock which can be due to an incorrect pick or a miscounted stock take. We do try to offer suitable replacements but this is not always possible. We hope you will order again and look forward to your continued custom.

The delivery was prompt but all 3 items totally not true to size, at least 2 sizes off so now having to return all. Been put off ordering online for ballet clothes now. Also when ordering tights they were showing as M/L as one of the size options without option to select M vs L - got sent M which was too small for what I needed.

I was very disappointed in the leotard I ordered a size 8 as my daughter is only very small. It’s a very small fit.

Took 5 days for delivery which I thought was quite ridiculous considering it cost over £3 to have a packet of tights delivered. Sizing was way out. These tights were TINY

We are doing everything we can to exceed expectations in terms of delivery, however at the moment we are still despatching within 3 working days from order placement on a 48 hour tracked service as stated on the website. I am sorry that the tights did not fit. I have been sent an email asking me to write a review of our order. Sadly this is a bad review as at the moment the goods have not arrived. Received an email from Dance Direct telling me my order had been dispatched and 7 days later i am still waiting. have contacted their customer service who have suggested i contact Royal Mail, who have not been any help at all. Made a complaint which is with the Dance Direct Transport team to find out what has happened with my order. Have also complained to Royal Mail but getting through to a real person and around their computer bots has been very difficult.

Was not happy bought a pair of tap shoes and never received them only when I phoned up about them to be told they could not find them or something and asked if I wanted to purchase anything else for the value of the shoes and I said no I want a refund and was not happy as they had no other shoes left in the size I wanted don’t think I will buy from them again big let down

We currently have three full warehouses in Newton Abbot, and we are ordering more than once a week from our key suppliers. Our in-stock position is over 90% overall and has been throughout the pandemic. We believe we continue to hold the largest stocks of any dancewear supplier in Europe. The vast majority of orders are being shipped immediately from stock, but we know there are products that you need which are not available and/or going onto back-order due to being impacted by our own suppliers during this time. Your order has been fully refunded and we hope that you will order from us again.

Have returned a costume due to it being too small. It’s been over two weeks now and still waiting for a refund. Have also sent 2 emails chasing the refund and have heard nothing!!

Please allow us some time to work through them and you will receive an automated e-mail as soon as your return has been dealt with. If you requested a refund, then this will be processed as soon as possible.

The order arrived 3 months later because of your issues. The first time I believe that you didn't sent the pacage, because i didn't recieve any contact by DHL and the tracking of Dance Direct give informations as it was delivered at my house, and did not. The second time when arrived DHL asked me to pay a taxe fee of 81,37€. I refuse and DHL explain me that Dance Direct had sent with this option, so the parcel was returned. Just after a long talk with DHL and Dance Direct I understood what happened and resolved the situation and the order was sent for me again. I'm really disapointed with your services.

Quite disappointed I ordered ballet leotard and skirt from the same brand in the same colour ‘sky blue’ and they’re 2 different shades of blue. I’ll keep them because I need them but I think I’ll have to buy in person to avoid this in the future. Picking staff should notice this before sending it out.

Because of Brexit, I have payed much more on taxes than in the leotard.A big problem if you order from outside UK

Haven’t received the full order, with no explanation or expected date. Free gift for £40 spend not received and the new customer discount code didn’t work. Wouldn’t order again.

I am sorry you are not happy with us. The customer discount code did not work as all the items you selected were Clearance items and not eligible for the discount. Unfortunately you did not add the free gift to your order which is why you did not receive it. It is now out of stock so is no longer available. The item you have not received is JH050B-ROY-7-8 which is out of stock and we have since been informed that it has been discontinued. I will arrange for a credit to be issued to you.
