“Great service. I love the fact I can change the way they handle my calls if I'm away or super busy. As a sole trader I can't manage the office and be out at appointments so it really works for me.”

“We have used your services over a good number of years now and we are thankful that we have a service where the operators answer our calls in our Company name, in a professional manner. We act for the Accountancy profession and our clients would expect from us the highest standard on the person who answers their calls. “We are very pleased with the service provided by Cymphony. We have not received any complaints from customers in relation to the way their calls are handled and the operators often field calls from difficult customers which can be of great assistance at times.”

“Our firm has used this service for many years. As a small business we still have to be work minded when away from the office and especially for holidays. The best thing about this service is that you don’t have to keep a receptionist working just to take your calls. They do it all and will field you calls and deal with enquires as you ask them to. We just have client calls put through when out and the rest invited to email. That way we can relax but keep customers happy as well... and we don’t lose any business or leave anybody without service. The cost is minimal and actually cost saving as no receptionist (N.I. PAYE, sick pay, holiday pay or workplace pension) required.”

“I don't get too much involved as the service provided is to back up our Customer Service Department. On the odd occasion I may have emails sent to myself which I do have to pass on to the relevant team member. These tend to be calls from residents and do normally have post codes shown which should enable the call taker to send direct to the team. This does not happen that frequently to be an issue.”

“We have used Cymphony for many years now and have always been happy with the service. We use Cymphony very much as a back up service and rely on them picking up calls which we miss for some reason, they have always been dependable.”
