“Great service. I love the fact I can change the way they handle my calls if I'm away or super busy. As a sole trader I can't manage the office and be out at appointments so it really works for me.”

“We have used your services over a good number of years now and we are thankful that we have a service where the operators answer our calls in our Company name, in a professional manner. “We are very pleased with the service provided by Cymphony. We have not received any complaints from customers in relation to the way their calls are handled and the operators often field calls from difficult customers which can be of great assistance at times.”

“Our firm has used this service for many years. As a small business we still have to be work minded when away from the office and especially for holidays. The best thing about this service is that you don’t have to keep a receptionist working just to take your calls. They do it all and will field you calls and deal with enquires as you ask them to. We just have client calls put through when out and the rest invited to email. That way we can relax but keep customers happy as well... and we don’t lose any business or leave anybody without service. The cost is minimal and actually cost saving as no receptionist (N.I. PAYE, sick pay, holiday pay or workplace pension) required.”
