“When we speak to end customers they are, in general, praiseworthy of your service - but a common "comment" is the line is bad. A lot of the emails we get from Armchair also say this. I am struggling to believe that 50% of our customers have bad lines - so the common factor is the Armchair system. A few comments that the staff who answer the phone sound as if they are in the bottom of a bucket. David”
