“The colouring on the Aston Villa towel I ordered was really disappointing. The claret (majority of the towel) is not at all like the correct tone, it’s very dark. I’m contemplating not giving it my son for Christmas”

Hi Jenny Thank you for your honest feedback. I am really sorry that you are not happy with the finished product. As you may be aware, this is an officially licenced Aston Villa towel which has been approved by Villa themselves. For this reason it is suprising that we have not met your expectations. Hi Jenny Thanks for your honest feedback. Just to let you know this is an official Aston Villa product which has been approved by the team themselves. We have asked for clarification but they have confirmed that the colours we are using are correct in both the image and finished product. “First saw the hooded blanket at the festive gift fair and as soon as I put it on I knew I needed one! The blanket is such good quality, so snug and heavy! Perfect for the winter weather! Item came quickly, only downside I had no tracking on the parcel but would recommend custom gifts!”

“Never brought such a poor quality item as this before.. Sent numerious emails asking for a refund,but no reply! The towel is a black thin transparent felt like material on one side so when rubbed or touched you are covered in black smudge marks and you can see through to the other side of the towel ! Plus its been very badly finished off on the overlocking around the edge with lots of threads.This was a Nottingham Forest personalised Towel for my grandson as part of his christmas present! very disappionted..Will NOT use this site again..”
