“First saw the hooded blanket at the festive gift fair and as soon as I put it on I knew I needed one! The blanket is such good quality, so snug and heavy! Perfect for the winter weather! Item came quickly, only downside I had no tracking on the parcel but would recommend custom gifts!”

“Never brought such a poor quality item as this before.. Sent numerious emails asking for a refund,but no reply! The towel is a black thin transparent felt like material on one side so when rubbed or touched you are covered in black smudge marks and you can see through to the other side of the towel ! Plus its been very badly finished off on the overlocking around the edge with lots of threads.This was a Nottingham Forest personalised Towel for my grandson as part of his christmas present! very disappionted..Will NOT use this site again..”

“The towel I ordered was awful quality, I can’t believe it was originally £24, was gutted I had paid £12!I have been chasing an email about getting refund but don’t seem to be getting anywhere: I appreciate it’s a busy time of year but won’t be using the site again. I also ordered personalised stockings. These were nice but took a long time to arrive, which is why I am giving 2 stars.”
