“Quality of goods okay, took a long time to be delivered considering cost of postage. To be honest it took so long I thought they were a fake company. Sadly no communication.”

Hi Jillian Thanks for your honest feedback. I am sorry to hear that your item took so long to be delivered. As you are aware we are a personalisation company so all our items must be made to order. Occasionaly there will be quality defects with customers orders which will mean the item needs to be completely reproduced which delays delivery time further. This is what happenened with your order. I do hope you can apprecaite that, we would rather send out a good product late than a substandard product on time. “I loved the gifts I bought. The personalised dog hook was exactly as pictured. Can’t wait to give this as a gift! Also I made an error when ordering, emailed, and they fixed it within the hour which was very impressive considering the lengthy wait time’s of some businesses. Will defiantly buy with this company in future.”
