“The actual product arrived in good time, and is very very nice! If you know someone who loves Friends it’s a perfect gift!!! The only problem with custom gifts, that I found, was the communication. I didn’t receive any emails saying it was dispatched or that it was coming, and when I contacted them I had no replies. So I did worry I had been scammed!! But obviously in the end it was worth it as the Friends pillow I purchased is lovely!”

“I ordered 2 items over a week ago, only one has arrived which is actually the item that was due to take longer. I have no order confirmation (not even in my junk mail) and I have had no response from several contact forms I have sent! It is a christmas gift i am still waiting on so need to get this sorted! Not very good considering you have to pay for delivery”

“Blanket received and ok. Cup received twice and broken both times... Not quite sure what else to say. Can’t work out if poor quality or wreckless delivery drivers!! Anyway, hoping to receive a third one in two-three days hopefully in one piece!!”
