“The towel I ordered was awful quality, I can’t believe it was originally £24, was gutted I had paid £12!I have been chasing an email about getting refund but don’t seem to be getting anywhere: I appreciate it’s a busy time of year but won’t be using the site again. I also ordered personalised stockings. These were nice but took a long time to arrive, which is why I am giving 2 stars.”

“The cushion was lovely, great material on the cover and the print was really nice. The cushion was plump and it will make the perfect Christmas gift for my friend. The only reason I did not give a Very Good rating was that it took a while to arrive but otherwise, all great!”

“My item arrived faulty and I have tried relentlessly to contact custom gifts but to no avail. I now have a personalised Towel as a Christmas present for my husband and I am unable to gift this due to the fraying and discolour all along the one side. It would have been nice if someone had responded to my numerous calls (where I am constantly cut off) or several emails. Thus, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired also. Needless to say, I shall not be using this company again! Joanne Silcox”
