“I made a purchase of a personalised cushion on the 3th November. I received an order confirmation, saying it would take up to 10 days to arrive. it has now been 15 days and I have not heard anything since my order confirmation. Am unable to contact the business or receive anything from them. Very frustrated and unhappy with the service I have received.”

“Bought personalised towels as gifts. Easy to order and arrived promptly. Seem good quality and really happy with the personalisation- only thing was delivered just in the delivery bag not even in a separate plastic bag to keep clean.”

“I received a personalised Friends cushion for my daughter, like many people I’ve been burned by what looks like a fantastic item only to be hugely disappointed when it arrives. Absolutely NOT the case with this item, great quality and super fast delivery. I will definitely be buying from Custom Gifts again.”
