“When I placed the order I personalised the item but when it arrived there was no personalisation, I emailed about the issue and was informed that this had never been an issue before and therefore it must have been an error when placing the order, I.e. my error!!! I did select to personalise the item as I even got a preview of the item showing me the towel with the name on it so in my opinion it was a system error!! There was no offer to help so not impressed at all as this was for my sons 16th Birthday”
