“I have actually messaged you through the contact us part of your website but as yet have had no reply. I purchased a large Aston Villa beach towel personalised I was very disappointed in the quality of the item. It is more like felt material rather than a towel and it wasn’t cheap.”

“The customer service in this company is of the highest I am not used to on line shopping and when I made a mistake with my order it was rectified by them also my device does not let me track my parcel so I was emailed letting me know where it was.
