Great towel, clear picture and name. It hasnt been used yet but i have washed it and all seems good. Fast processing and delivery. Would recommend!

Great present, towel not quite as thick as expected but very nice, will make a fantastic gift for my partner. I much appreciated the free postage offer too.

Postage was quick.. was disappointed with the quality tbh as the towel is really thin other than that .. it was ok

I have actually messaged you through the contact us part of your website but as yet have had no reply. I purchased a large Aston Villa beach towel personalised I was very disappointed in the quality of the item. It is more like felt material rather than a towel and it wasn’t cheap.

Great for any football fan. Only downside is the material would be better if it was proper cotton rather than that soft micro fibre stuff, though that said lighter weight to pack it suitcase for holidays.

The customer service in this company is of the highest I am not used to on line shopping and when I made a mistake with my order it was rectified by them also my device does not let me track my parcel so I was emailed letting me know where it was. Highly recommend 100/10 The towel I bought is of high quality Thank you

I was disappointed that despite straight away asking if I could change the towel as I’d bought the wrong colour no one replied. The wrong towel came but my daughter was still happy so it’s more about the service not quality my rating .

The items are absolutely lovely and I can’t fault them at all...however the service was not quite up to scratch, the item was delivered quite a bit later than advised, and when I tried to chase it up I got no reply until I sent a further message a few days later. In my further correspondence although they tried to be helpful I never once received even an apology for the inconvenience of it all. But as I say the items on their own merit are perfect.
