“Ordered 2 items for my daughters graduation, recieved one the other didn’t arrive...no telephone number to contact you...emailed you regarding other item 3 days ago have had no reply...very poor customer service...would not recommended you to anyone”

Unfortunately we had sold out of the product and had to reorder them in for you which caused a significant delay. As way of apology you will receive a refund of your delivery charge, which is entirely fair as we did not meet the required delivery window. “Excellent, Fast delivery especially for a gift that has been customised! A fraction of the price compared to other sites selling the item which is a bonus. Print colour on the towel was not perfect, but good nevertheless. I will definitely order from here again.”
