“Having placed an order online I received no confirmation email so was unsure if my order had gone through. After a day or so I noticed the money go out if my bank so I phoned asking if they had received my order. After several minutes they located my order and assured me it was in production. Several days later still no emails or delivery so I phoned again and was assured it was out for delivery. Goods were received the next day. The item I ordered were great but I wouldn't pay the usual price so glad I got them at the sale price. If I had of received a confirmation email and updates on my order I would rate as 5 star but not having this meant I had to make 2 unnecessary phonecalls chasing goods.”

“I purchased two Sheffield Wednesday Towels for my two children for our upcoming holiday. Despite initial difficulties, the staff at Custom Gifts, in particular Yvonne, made every attempt to successfully resolve the issues. I have now received the towels which are of good quality and would certainly use Custom Gifts again.”
