“The 2 towels I ordered are ok and I am happy with those. My only disappointment was that I paid for 2 postage and packing for delivery and they were sent in one package. So why was I charged twice for this?”

Hi Andrew Thanks for your feedback. I can see that you have placed two seperate orders on our system which would have processed two delivery charges. Someone on our despatch team would have taken the initiative to group these orders together, but this would not stop the two delivery charges as the orders have already been processed by this point if that makes sense? In this situation I can refund one of the delivery charges for you - we'll also start monitoring to see if this does happen to other customers to see if we need to implement a process to better deal with this in the future. “Having placed an order online I received no confirmation email so was unsure if my order had gone through. After a day or so I noticed the money go out if my bank so I phoned asking if they had received my order. After several minutes they located my order and assured me it was in production. Several days later still no emails or delivery so I phoned again and was assured it was out for delivery. Goods were received the next day. The item I ordered were great but I wouldn't pay the usual price so glad I got them at the sale price. If I had of received a confirmation email and updates on my order I would rate as 5 star but not having this meant I had to make 2 unnecessary phonecalls chasing goods.”
