I ordered a personalised Nottingham Forest towel for my Dad for his birthday (his request)! The service was fine - it arrived on time - but the quality of the towel was awful. So bad that we didn't end up giving it as a present as intended and it'll probably just get used for towelling down the dog...!

Ordered a towel 2and a half weeks before my holiday, it did not arrive delivered to an address not mine, now on holiday in Corfu minus towel, and heard nothing from custom gifts after many complaints, disgusted with the company

I am being asked to Review an item that I haven’t even received yet. I have contacted your customer services twice to say where is my item, first time I was told my item is due to be sent Monday and will receive a notification from shipping company. By Wednesday had not received this email/text so contacted customer service via Facebook messenger and Jared tells me it’s being sent and I should receive it by the weekend! No item Has been delivered yet! Think il be on the phone again

I received two towels I had purchased , washed them before use and they went all bobbly and looked about 5 years old, sent an email complaining and was asked to send photos, I have done as asked and heard nothing else!! These were presents that I couldn’t give due to the poor quality of them!! Please help!

Your be lucky if you even receive the gift, I order two mugs and they never came, so I wrote to the seller and got nothing back! They eventually replied and said they would send two more out. Yeh they lied. I would never order from these again!

I'm still waiting for someone form Custom Gifts to get back to me - on an incorrect order that ruined a surprise for my wife! Terrible. Won't use again and waiting for a refund and a new personalized gift to come out with THE CORRECT SPELLING OF MY WIFE'S NAME. Thank you.

Not sure ive received this yet. Ordered for my daughter's 21st to give her while on holiday. Would take 10 days, not bad as we had 15 days before departure.. Left to go on holiday, gift still not received so no extra gift to surprise her with on her 21st birthday on holiday. Not a happy customer!!!

The service received has been soo disappointing. I am still waiting on one of my items, after 6 emails and 2 promised resendsand now over 2 months my order has still not been fulfilled despite you receiving payment immediately.

Don’t use this site if you want the product in 10 days as they take 7 days to process your order then use snail post (and tell you your product is out for delivery) complete nightmare company. I’ve received goods from the USA quicker than this mob. Ps read the tiny print first... as they will try to catch you out when the product is no use to you (I didn’t have the option of 0 stars)

Hi Jeff Thank you for your review. I am sorry you feel this but it does clearly state on the ordering page the time it takes to process the order and ship it to you. We shipped within the time frame. There is no small print to catch you out. All of our T's&C's are public on our site and would never be hid from any of our customers. Thanks SM

To avoid mistakes with personalisation occuring, we offer a number of places to check personalisation when placing your order. You can see a preview of the product on the product page. You can also see personalisation on the basket, as well as on the order confirmation page and confirmation email. The system is supposed to send a review request after your order has been delivered however we have had an issue with this sending out too soon, and a number of customers have received this email too early.
