Bought an SAFC beach towel. The quality is very poor and towel is very thin. The white ball outline is bright pink rather than white. I have tried to contact them about arranging a refund but no joy so far!

I was extremely disappointed with the towel I ordered the colour was was not the same I'm as the colour on a football kits etc it should be claret but it's definitely purple and customer service have refused to do anything about it

Hi Judy Thanks for your honest feedback. As was stated when we initially heard from you through email - these products are officially licenced by the club. We have had guidance on which colours to use as well as full approval to sell the products as they are. I am sorry you are not happy with the colour of your towel however there is little we can do for you in this instance, as we are only authorised to sell the towels in the colour they come. This is in fact the only complaint we have had to this regard, however we will continue to monitor complaints and, should we feel that there is an issue, we will go to the clubs directly to seek further guidance. When I placed the order I personalised the item but when it arrived there was no personalisation, I emailed about the issue and was informed that this had never been an issue before and therefore it must have been an error when placing the order, I.e. my error!!! I did select to personalise the item as I even got a preview of the item showing me the towel with the name on it so in my opinion it was a system error!! There was no offer to help so not impressed at all as this was for my sons 16th Birthday

For£23 I THOUGHT THE QUALITY OF THE TOWEL IS VERY POOR AND IM MORE THAN LIKELY SENDING IT BACK FOR A FULL REFUND

I am based in Australia and ordered a custom gift to be delivered for Mothers Day in March this year. The website said it was in time to be delivered for Mothers Day. The payment was made, no gift was delivered, I called and was advised it would still be delivered and I would get a refund and this would be investigated. I was ok with that these things do happen.... However 4 months on I get a request to write a review, but still no gift delivered and no refund..... Hopefully this is a one off, but if you are oversea's and think this is a good idea to get a gift to someone in the UK, maybe try inter flora !

Hi Alan Thank you for your honest feedback. I'm really sorry for the experience you received from us - firstly in not getting your order and then in not receiving the refund in a timely matter. I can see that this was requested however must have been missed by our finance team. I will get this processed for you now. With regards to the redelivery it is well past the window with which we can investigate this matter. Whilst I can understand your frustrations in contacting us again in regards to this matter however I cannot do anything further here for you. Ordered 2 items for my daughters graduation, recieved one the other didn’t arrive...no telephone number to contact you...emailed you regarding other item 3 days ago have had no reply...very poor customer service...would not recommended you to anyone

Unfortunately we had sold out of the product and had to reorder them in for you which caused a significant delay. As way of apology you will receive a refund of your delivery charge, which is entirely fair as we did not meet the required delivery window. So, I ordered a personalised towel, and that’s where it all went drastically wrong.!!! The towel was faulty on arrival so I emailed customer services and they informed me they would re-print. Because of the design and quality and customer service I decided to order another one for someone else. Whilst waiting for the reprinted one to arrive I received 2 of my 2nd order, of which I only requested one.! After another email explaining what had gone on, I am still waiting for my initial order to be re-printed and sent to me, even though my nephews birthday has been and gone so it’s a useless present anyway.! 7 days ago I emailed customer service explaining everything and I’m still waiting for a reply.!! 100% appalled, disappointed & upset.!! Please be aware when ordering, you probably won’t get what you want.!!!!

Hi Tracey Thanks for your honest feedback. From looking at the details of your order it seems that this complaint has already been resolved. I can see that you have received and signed for a total of four orders from ourselves - the two initial orders and the two redeliveries. It does sadden me to see that you feel that you have still not got adequate service from ourselves, and are stating you have not recieved your second redelivery when our records show you have signed for it. I will be in contact directly to see if there is anything further we can do here and I will apologise if any of our records are incorrect however from looking at them it does appear as if everything has been resolved.
