Unfortunately after opening I found it has been printed in correctly, I asked for LEE but it has come with LEE HURDLE on it , as my name is Lee Jones I would like a replacement sending ASAP , Regards Lee Jones

Never been asked to write a review before actually receiving the product. This item was bought for my holiday NEXT WEEK so look out for another review if the product doesn’t arrive within the time YOU said it would

Hi Mark Thank you for your honest feedback. The system is supposed to send a review request after your order has been delivered however we have had an issue with this sending out too soon, and a number of customers have received this email too early. I do hope that you can understand this was in error and your review does not reflect the quality of service, nor the quality of the item purchased, which is typically exemplary based upon the other reviews listed here. I ordered a product on 6th of August 19 for a birthday gift on the 14th of August 19. Website stated it is usually delivered in under 5days so i went ahead and purchased. Birthday has been and gone and still no delivery...not even a despatch email. I have contacted them twice now via email and tried to ring with a number i found on google, but still no reply. Why oh why does this kind of shoddy service seem to be the norm whenever you go to buy anything online these days !!! So so angry my suprise gift for a special birthday was ruined!

Item never turned up; fobbed off several times. contacted custom gifts and they said they dont know what’s happened and they will send another one. IT WAS A BIRTHDAY GIFT!!!!!! I have asked for a refund.

Hi Bernard Thanks for your honest feedback. I'm really sorry that we could not deliver your order on time. The order you placed was not guarenteed for delivery before your occasion so we could never guarentee delivery in time, but I can only apologise that we missed the occasion. We would ask that you consider the delivery guarantee window before ordering so to avoid disappointment in the future. As we had missed your occasion we have refunded your order as a gesture of goodwill, however we were under no obligation to do this due to the above reason. Very poor. I’m actually going to contact the seller as I’m not happy that they have sent out my sons towel, with an obvious fault. The stitching has snagged by his name and it’s looks dreadful. I’d have thought it should have been picked up before posting it out.

Why ask for a review when I haven't received the item ??? It might be good - it might be bad but until I receive what I ordered I cannot give a true review. As it is you are asking silly questions - a pipe dream
