Placed an order withg custom gifts for several items on the 29th November, as of yet I have recieved 1 item. I have contacted custom gifts several times regarding my missing items, I am still waiting for a reply....I WILL HAVE 3 VERY DISAPPOINTED CHILDREN ON CHRISTMAS MORNING!!!!

Most unhelpful company I have ever ordered from. Ordered a gift a month ago and I have still not received it. Tried to get in contact with the company multiple times and have had no response. Word of advise to everyone, do not order from them. Absolute joke.

Unfortunately I am still waiting on the bean bag I ordered so cannot comment on the quality - I did e mail customer services to ask for an update on dispatch times and was told it takes 10 days to go through the system and it is now 17 days since I ordered it with no further update. Maybe you could install a better tracking system to keep customers updated.

I ordered 2 items over a week ago, only one has arrived which is actually the item that was due to take longer. I have no order confirmation (not even in my junk mail) and I have had no response from several contact forms I have sent! It is a christmas gift i am still waiting on so need to get this sorted! Not very good considering you have to pay for delivery

I bought a personalised QPR towel and it is extremely thin and bad quality. I rang to complain and get a refund and no answer at all. I’ve emailed and no response! Don’t use this company.

Never brought such a poor quality item as this before.. Sent numerious emails asking for a refund,but no reply! The towel is a black thin transparent felt like material on one side so when rubbed or touched you are covered in black smudge marks and you can see through to the other side of the towel ! Plus its been very badly finished off on the overlocking around the edge with lots of threads.This was a Nottingham Forest personalised Towel for my grandson as part of his christmas present! very disappionted..Will NOT use this site again..

My item arrived faulty and I have tried relentlessly to contact custom gifts but to no avail. I now have a personalised Towel as a Christmas present for my husband and I am unable to gift this due to the fraying and discolour all along the one side. It would have been nice if someone had responded to my numerous calls (where I am constantly cut off) or several emails. Thus, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired also. Needless to say, I shall not be using this company again! Joanne Silcox
