Ordered 2 weeks ago- still not received my order! I have emailed and sent a message via the website with no response, even though the money has been taken from my account. Would not use again or recommend.

Unfortunately delivery took over 2 week purchase was a gift and by time arrived was too late ,on top of that the courier service that they used just left the parcel outside my house and that was then taken so all in all then took to over a month to get a refund due to couriers delivery I won't be ordering from these again

Hi Thanks for your honest feedback. As you are probably aware all our products are made to order so can take a little longer to send out than other online stores. We do have quick delivery for most of our customers however if we get a large influx of orders then some customers deliveries go right up until the end of the delivery guarentee. For this reason I would ask that you check the delivery guarentee to ensure that you are not disapointed when you order. I'm really sorry about the service you have recieved from our courier and understand your feedback here. Not impressed with quality the items thin , not even wrapped up , Plus u get free post if don't buy instantly get a promo for free post if in basket but pay later TOTALLY UNFAIR to those like me who paid instantly , I not b buying again

Hi David Thankyou for your honest feedback. I can see that you have bought a microfibre beach towel from us - this is a lightweight and compact towel designed to take on travels. I can only apologise that this did not meet your expectations however it is typical of beach towels to be made this way. The item is clearly advertised as a beach towel on the website, and as such I won't be able to offer anything further for this complaint. In regards for our marketing and sales, I do hope that you understand that this is not deliberately intended to be unfair, much in the same way you may purchase something then see the item in sale the next day.
