“Love the towel I ordered for my friend that is personalised ! First order I did not receive from courier but thank fully I emailed and got a new order sent out, thank you.”

“Sadly one of the orders arrived after ther said delivery date. Which was a beach towel to take on holiday. So due to it not coming on-time we couldn't take it.”

Hi Phil Thank you for your honest feedback. The system is supposed to send a review request after your order has been delivered however we have had an issue with this sending out too soon, and a number of customers have received this email too early. Hi Helen Thank you for your honest feedback. I can see that you contacted on 16th and we had replied on the same day. I'm sorry you haven't received our email. We do have issues with microsoft accounts putting our emails into the junk folder. We are looking into this currently but as an advisory we are asking customers to check spam folders if they do not hear back from us on the same day as we typically reply to customer emails within an hour of receiving them. “When ordering it said I would receive an email telling me when my item would be delivered, it’s now 11 days since ordering and no emails, I don’t know where my item is as I’m away on holiday now wether it’s been delivered I don’t know”

“Towel is more of a novelty, gift item for a supporter. The quality is of the towel is average and will probably last as a beach towel for the duration of my weeks holiday. After that I am guessing it would be rather shabby. As as novelty gift item it’s ok”
