“Having ordered a rainbow flag with the thank you message on I was very satisfied with the quality of the flag material overall but dissapointed with the way it flies. Unfortunately it has 4 brass eyelets which prevent the flag flying in low wind conditions because of the additional weight on the trailing end. Whilst I accept the flag could be hung perfectly as a banner it is disappointing as a flag. I did write an email to Custom Gifts explaining the above to them BUT did not receive any acknowledgement of my email, therefore I can only offer my experience as being poor customer relations and hence my 3 star rating.”

Hi Tony Thanks for your honest feedback. As standard all our flags had four eyelets as they have typically been used as a banner. I can totally understand where you are coming from however so we will look to offer this as an option moving forward. I am sorry that you did not recieve a response from us. We have just identified a bug with our system that has prevented some emails from getting through to our inbox. This is in the process of getting fixed now. Many thanks, Tom

“This is the 2nd WWFC personalised towel I have purchased. The quality isn't great, they're quite thin, BUT I didn't buy them for their practicality, more for the personalisation and as a keepsake.”

“I didn’t receive my order once I called and tired to make complain the lady didn’t want to know ! I had to speak to high up to resolve the issue and than received my order 2 weeks delay !”

“No delivery date given. No update on purchase or confirmation of delivery from company- very poor and item didn't arrive in time for child's birthday. That said she was thrilled with item and suprised at good quality and softness of Harry Potter blanket.”

“The personalised towel we bought is great, my only problem with it was the way it was packaged. It was inside a plastic bag with an extremely sticky seal, but no protection round the towel. So when we got it out of the bag, the towel stuck to the sticky opening which has ruined the towel and made it unusable as a gift. So if it can be packaged better, i would have given it a better score and review”

“Item brought was good quality and great design. However there was no communication of when order was dispatched or when I was due to arrive. Then the box was left on the front step in the snow despite both neighbours being in. This meant I have to wash the blankets before giving them as gifts.”

“Great gift idea unfortunately delivery was 13 days and the pillowcases where not even wrapped up in any way just left loose inside a bag very disappointing as they where a gift very poor presentation.”
