“The actual product arrived in good time, and is very very nice! If you know someone who loves Friends it’s a perfect gift!!! The only problem with custom gifts, that I found, was the communication. I didn’t receive any emails saying it was dispatched or that it was coming, and when I contacted them I had no replies. So I did worry I had been scammed!! But obviously in the end it was worth it as the Friends pillow I purchased is lovely!”

“Blanket received and ok. Cup received twice and broken both times... Not quite sure what else to say. Can’t work out if poor quality or wreckless delivery drivers!! Anyway, hoping to receive a third one in two-three days hopefully in one piece!!”

“Quality of goods okay, took a long time to be delivered considering cost of postage. To be honest it took so long I thought they were a fake company. Sadly no communication.”

Hi Jillian Thanks for your honest feedback. I am sorry to hear that your item took so long to be delivered. As you are aware we are a personalisation company so all our items must be made to order. Occasionaly there will be quality defects with customers orders which will mean the item needs to be completely reproduced which delays delivery time further. This is what happenened with your order. I do hope you can apprecaite that, we would rather send out a good product late than a substandard product on time. “I was very happy with the towels, although they managed to get muck in them due to the packaging... the handle isn’t sealed... not the best design water could get in.”

“I ordered 2 Toasting mallow advent calendars obviously I have not opened them yet. I was under the impression there would be a canister to toast the mallows on and I don't think there is the advent calendar is not large enough to hold one. So I could be disappointed in December. However I love the Mallows and will toast them myself somehow”

“The buying process was easy and straightforward, however I did not receive any order confirmation by email, update on the order status despite using Facebook Messenger to request a delivery date. The delivery was about 10 days after I placed my order. The goods were personalised and everything was done as ordered.”
