“The printing on the blanket is fantastic, stands out really well and looks great. Underneath however the “blanket” element is best described as budget. Barely 1-2mm thick and thats in patch’s with some of the wool already coming off before its even been used so post production quality control is not particularly good. If it wasn’t for the fact there only being used as a bed throws I’d return both as not fit for purpose nor what was described.”

“Blanket arrived and is beautiful However it did take 21 days and 2 emails to receive Completely satisfied with product however was told I would receive in 5-7 days, not 21 days and after I questioned it’s whereabouts twice by email”

“Great product but poorly packed. Item arrived with the outer packaging damaged to the extent that inner packaging (part of the gift) surrounding the gift was also damaged. Would normally have returned but time limited.”

“Waited over 1 week for my delivery as was told there was a back log. Delivered on a Sunday and it did arrive before my requested date. The item. itself was as described and packed securely. Only disappointment was time it took to arrive.”

“Ordered one of the one photo blankets a while ago and was very pleased with it, so ordered 3 more last week (1 photo,) I was abit disappointed when they arrived, the material was great but the photo is quite abit blurred, maybe best too do more pics instead of just one.”

“10 days after ordering had heard nothing about item being dispatched. I phoned customer service and was told that there had been a problem with item I had ordered and that they had received the item that day and that I would receive it the following day . Was very pleased when I took delivery the next day as promised .”

“Placed an order, didn't get email confirmation but money had been taken. After about a month I contacted them and they advised they had technical issues which should hopefully be sorted. Waited a further few weeks before following it up again and was given a new discount code and order was received a few days later which is a good product.”

“I bought the pink medium-sized dog bed. Generally very happy with the product, however the zip is on the front of the bed, meaning you see it if the bed is turned with the name front on. This is a real frustration to me so majorly lets the product down. If the zip were on the back of the bed (where it should be!) then I'd be giving 5 stars.”

“I ordered with high hopes, my order came 4 days before Christmas, it wasn't my order and my other order hadn't turned up either and I was heartbroken. Thanks to customer service they sorted it all out and after a couple of sleepless nights I received the order on Christmas eve”
