I placed an order in time for Valentine's day but it didn't arrive. I had seen the same product on other sites but they refused my order as they couldn't deliver in time. You took my order and quite clearly were unable to deliver on time. When I emailed your customer service department to chase my order when it still hadn't arrived 4 days after valentines, to express my disappointment, all I received was a reply telling me that my order had been dispatched. No apology for ruining my Valentines day or and discount as a gesture of good will. Very bad customer service. My order did finally arrive a week late. Thee personalised message had requested to be added was incomplete, as my husbands name had not been put in it. All in all a very bad shopping experience. Appauling customer service. Valentines day ruined. And no refund as requested.

I ordered a photo blanket on 29/01/21 to surprise my wife for valentine's day. I phoned on Monday the 8th of February getting worried that there was no tracking code or anything. They said it will be dispatched no worse than Wednesday. I phoned on Wednesday and they said that the turn over time is 10 work days, they are behind the schedule,etc. Phoned on Thursday and I have been told that it had been dispatched. It is late Saturday, no tracking number, no order arriving, my account shows that the order had been dispatched. I am now scrambling to buy something to my wife for valentine's day like an idiot. The worse thing is if they would told me that they have issues I could accept it, but they ended up telling me lies all week long. Avoid at all costs, there are plenty of other companies doing similar products.

Wouldn’t even give it a star, disgusting quality and rude customer service being refused a re fund do not order from here!!!

I’m really sorry this product is so shiny and slippy it falls off my daughters bed every night so now she refuses to sleep in it because she wakes up cold with the duvet on the floor.

Ordered Adult Nautical Deck Chair 17th Dec 2020 as a early Jan 2021 birthday gift, had a delivery date of 31st Dec. Received 2nd week in January. No communication on delayed delivery until I queried. Also no detail on page to advise deckchair was self assembly !! Be aware that review stats apply to the whole catalogue.

Order was never delivered and I was not informed, only realised I'd been refunded when checking bank statement at which point it was too late to purchase something else! To top it off I've now been asked to review my purchase! 🤔

Awful experience with Custom Gifts and I will definitely never buy from them again. Ordered 3 personalised Christmas gifts on 10th of November, I chased up 3 weeks later and was told they would arrive within the week. Never received them. After numerous phone calls, Custom Gifts seemed to have no idea why they were delayed, no clue where the items were in the manufacturing process, and could give no assurances about if/when I might receive them. I insisted that they cancel my order and refund me in full. So disappointing. I could rate as zero out of five, I definitely would.

Ordered a choc tree for my anniversary on a 2-4 day delivery, 11 days before anniversary. Nothing arrived after 8 days so rang and assured would arrive next day or day after. Eventually arrived after 13 days and after anniversary. Awful service, will never use again.

Item not in stock yet money was taken straight away. I had no contact to notify me of the lack of stock and failure to complete my order until chasing up several weeks after placing the order. Order cancelled and refund issued but had to be chased.

Ordered two items, both personised: a Christmas box and a bottle of gin. The wrong Christmas box was sent to me, personalised with someone else's details, though to their credit the company quickly sorted out a correct replacement, and this morning the gin arrived, correctly personalised, but it's a bottle of vodka.

Ordered a Red Harry Potter cushion, unfortunately when it arrived it is a brown colour. Contacted customer services and they basically said that’s the colour it is there is nothing we can do and then they ended all communication. I would not buy this if it is to coordinate with any other Harry Potter products (bedding, curtains etc) this is not Griffindor red. Very disappointed. I have photos to show this but no option to attach.
