DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a present for my Dad's birthday and was informed it would take 2-4 days to be dispatched. Seven days later and no sign of the product or an email to say it had been dispatched or that their was an issue. I contacted the company to express my opinion and asked for a refund. A few days later I noticed the refund in my account but I still received no response from the company to say I had been refunded or even an apology! Absolutely terrible customer service. Don't waste your money as you will never receive anything for it!

My order came with a completely different font from what I selected and ruined my dogs personalised bed. I emailed customer service and the advisor was nothing but rude.

While I can fully appreciate that no company is perfect in all of its areas and, that at times: most every business will make occasional mistakes when working with the great British public, however, they do have a major role to play in diffusing a situation. Not, as Custom Gifts have done, but to further exacerbate the situation with, what I can only assume are, falsehoods. I was to purchase two of their Personalised Beach Towels. One for a Christmas present, the other as an upcoming birthday present. Upon delivery, one of the towels was found to be defective as, it had the top coloured layer of fabric missing, right next to the persons name. In other words, a hole. The other towel was satisfactory. Upon sending images of said fault, CG said they would send an immediate replacement towel, however, like a lot of what CG have said. It never materialised. I have had half a dozen email exchanges with a member of their customer service team and given them plenty of time to rectify the issue. They said they would send a replacement by a certain time, again, it was to never materialise. Another exchange of emails and another falsehood stating there would be a replacement by a certain time and, believe it or not, it, like the previous never materialised. Shock! So again, I entered into another last gasp email exchange and, again, a promise was made that the towel would reach me by a given date and, shock, horror, it, like its previous facsimiles was never to materialise. The blame being put on a production manger forgetting to send the item. Again, another email exchange and another promise that the towel would definitely reach me by the person’s birthday but, shock, horror, or, not quite the shock, it again never materialised and the person was a present short of what they were supposed to have. But then again, I could always give them the ‘holed’ towel. I again entered into another email exchange and have now asked for a refund. T be fair to CG, they have deposited my refund. Although, what strikes me as funny, peculiar is, if they remanufactured the towel with my friend’s name upon said towel, why then are they not sending it!? Why keep it? Do they think they will have a rush on this person’s name and, especially with the named team as well? If they say, they have the towel and the manager forgot? to send the towel. Then why keep it? Please be aware of their follow-up service if the item you ordered does not quite match up to your expectation. A towel with a hole is not really a towel to dry oneself and give as a present but, to use as a ?????

Ordered a Brentford towel, was half price but still well over priced! It’s a present and cannot be used! I want a refund! What a waste of money!

I ordered the Leeds towel and it’s awful so thin and patchy white bits throughout the towel in the blue bits 🙈😢 looks horrible, so disappointed... It’s almost see through 🙈 Jay Patel

Poor quality, very very dissapointed what I got for my money. Towel was faded and as thin as a tea towel. Dreadful.

I ordered 2 sneeze screens which arrived on time. However, one of them was damaged. I emailed my complaint but never heard back from you. A bit disappointed ☹️

Wrong size phone cover delivered useless, you blamed me. Why would I order iPhone 6 Plus when I’ve got an iPhone 6. You offered 25% off next purchase =insult. Won’t use you again.

Avoid this company at all costs!! Customer service is terrible and blame customer for manufacturing faults. Ordered a bean bag and the bag inside the outer sleeve was burst. Emailed the company to try and get a new inside sleeve with beans but was offered a £10 refund as a ‘gesture of goodwill’ for a fault that was clearly made by the manufactor. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Order a wolves beach towel, last year. took a long time to come and when it did come it looked like I had it years, terrible material, looked faded and that was before o washed it. I wouldn't of minded if it was cheap but it wasnt

Really bad customer service, item was not delivered yet the money was taken out of bank account, when we got in touch to chase the order up we were told it had already been delivered which it hadn’t, we had to fight our corner to get it sorted then weeks after ordering the item it arrived, would never order anything off these guys again

Good morning, I'm sorry that you feel that way. The address that you entered at the time was incorrect which was the reason for the initial delay with your order. Subsequently, the order was lost and we of course sent a replacement. We have a process to follow in trying to locate missing orders, we don't obviously just re-send and I can only apologise for that. I do hope you were happy with your item despite the initial issue. Incorrect item was sent and customer service refused to replace or refund the item, and blamed us for making an incorrect selection.

Hello Marc, I can only apologise for the issues you experienced however an external review was conducted and it was found in our favour. We didn't send the incorrect item, it was incorrectly selected at your end unfortunately.
