was very dissapointed when i recieved this leeds united towel it had a mark on the towel like some hard glue stuck to it this was a present for my brothers 60th birthday as he is a life long leeds supporter

Very poor quality towel. Logo is ok with wording it’s just the towel itself has major fraying around edges , very thin and extremely poor quality. Would send it back if I could unfortunately!

Material used put lines through the image. Many emails back and forth, they said picture quality was poor but it was done by a photographer so I know this was not the case. When I was putting my order in it looked a smppth satin type fabric this is not what I received. Various emails they offered me another with me paying a £10 fee not a chance I had paid for one cushion which I cannot give as a gift as I would have liked.

Bought a face mask. Expensive, poor quality product which is only a medium size and does not fit. The company will accept no responsibility for this and were no help whatsoever in the after sales/service department. Avoid at all costs!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY Ordered a customized dog bed the quality is poor it looks very comfortable but its awful not comfy one bit sounds like it as paper inside my dog will rip it up in minutes the name is very small which i thought would of been a lot bigger wish i didn't order it and got one from B&M.

Awful customer service . Sent out faulty bed and was the last one .. was not stitched correctly . Pictures showed them how bad it was . Offered £5 goodwill . As if they had done me a favour . Jared didn’t want to admit it was made wrong ... They need to work on there service .... worst I have even experienced

Three weeks ago I placed and order, wrote two emails regarding my emails and haven’t received the item or any respond. But I received this email asking me for a review. Wonder if I ever going to receive the item which was supposed to be a birthday present for my daughter. Absolute joke

The colors are not very vibrant and the quality of the blanket is poor. It just not as soft as I thought it would be.

Not happy at all, ordered still not received within 15 days no update at all where it was or what had happened. They answer emails fast and redone my order because apparently it was lost...... it’s now saying it’s been delivered and it hasn’t! Not happy at all

Shocking materiel on this item also your customer service people are rude and basically called me a liar when I spoke to them about a flaw in the product that I received. Will never waste money buy from them again!!!

My customised mug arrived smashed to pieces! I sent an email to company and 2 instant messages and have still heard nothing back. Very disappointed and won’t be ordering again

Wrong font used on my football waterbottle ordered . Online it would not alter one letter from lowercase to uppercase so I emailed company / got speedy reply agreeing the system had a fault however he CONFIRMED it would be uppercase . Which it was not and they won’t send me another correct version even though I offered to pay . Terrible customer service as they say I agreed the font which isn’t the case as I would have immediately cancelled & removed the item .

😡 Not a product I would reorder The Towel material had pulls in it and even colour missing on design. I’m not sure about returning items as they were customised with names. Very poor quality, for price paid for the product.

Ordered on 29th Sept and still no sign of it being delivered. Have chased twice - once got a bog standard reply and so far no response to my second chase. Can’t see my ordering anything again when it’s taking this long to deliver. Can’t comment on quality of product at this point

Cannot complain about custom gifts itself but of where my actual product came from. I received my order which was a mug all smashed to bits as packaging was very poor, it was just in a bag in a box. Not protection!!!! 2nd came damaged and 3rd was in one piece which was surprising as packaging was no different. Custom gift provided excellent communication and sorted all out for me very promptly.

Received my order today and I’ve not even opened it as I can hear it’s not in one piece. Doesn’t seem to be packaged well!!!! Very disappointed
