I am still waiting to receive my gift as it is extremely late!!! I have emailed yourselves to find out where it is, as since I ordered it, I have only had marketing info from you. I am still waiting for the email letting me know it has been dispatched?? Poor after sales service. Quick taking money but not so quick with everything else.

Absolutely dreadful - I ordered a duvet set on 6th January and didn’t hear anything until I sent an email on 21st asking what had happened to my order. I received a reply later that day advising me of production problems and that they “hope” to have my order shipped within a further 2 weeks. In the meantime I have a very disappointed 6 year old to console. I would have thought an email to advise me of any delay as soon as it vas apparent that there were problems should have been the least I could expect; I’d advise prospective customers to look elsewhere.

Hi David Thanks for your honest feedback. I am really sorry that we have had issues with your order. We have had issues with the quality of our bedding so have been trying to find a replacement supplier. I do hope that you can appreciate we would rather send out an order late that is to the highest quality, than send something out on time that is not of a satisfactory quality. I can only apologise that you were not contacted. We have been contacting all customers about this and offering replacements or refunds but it appears that you were missed. Ordered a vegan marshmallow toasting set as a Christmas present for my vegetarian brother. I was sent one containing bovine gelatine. I contacted the company twice asking for the correct item to be sent but had no response. I appreciate that mistakes happen but to not respond to queries is just not good enough. I wouldn’t order from them again.

My mom ordered a rocking chair as a Christmas gift for my daughter from the festive gift fair in Birmingham on 16th November. When we’ve opened it for Christmas it is very damaged and broken. So we’re not very impressed with you’re product and would very much like something done about it!!

Ordered a month in advance of Christmas 2 custom made towels. 1 arrived of average quality. Now they are denying and knowledge of the 2nd towel even though I have the receipt. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Arrival took a very long time and only after I’d sent reminder emails. This was a personalised gift for a child and it eventually arrived with the completely incorrect name on. I appreciate mistakes happen but doubt I would use this company again.

Worst company to deal with took my money but never sent the gift for my goddaughter. Then never got back to me when I contacted them 3 times. Do not use them

I placed an order on the 16th November for a personalised Celtic Duvet cover to this date I still haven’t received it a month on and we’re now less than a week away from Christmas and I’m going to have a unhappy wee boy if this doesn’t arrive in time! I had to chase them last week they should be letting there customers know if they have problems dispatching items very badly organised.

Hi Liz Thanks for your honest feedback. I can see that you have ordered a beach towel which is made using a lightweight microfibre material that is quick drying. This is much thiner than a bath towel material but still very absorbant. For this reason we cannot take your complaint any further as we have fulfilled the item you have ordered.
