The Customer service I received when I emailed to inform the company that a bean bag I purchased was faulty was an absolute disgrace! Blaming me for the reason it had burst when I would never email in the first place if it was my fault! I will defiantly not be ordering in the future and do recommend buying anything from this company as if anything goes wrong with your item please don’t expect to be treated fairly!!

I received the lead quickly and as expected however, I used the lead twice and it broke. Have contacted them and they confirmed they would send a new one however, have not yet received a new lead. I would have expected more from a £15.00 lead.

Very dissapointed with delivery service used by custom gifts. Yodel notifies me of delivery to take place and did not deliver and when I contacted them to ask where parcel was they informed me that it was returned to sender. The sender has not even refunded me. There should have been no problems with delivery as it was being delivered to a business address and we are open until 7pm each day.

Very bad customer services. I order Birthday gift and it took 15 days and we haven't received anything yet. We write 2 times email but got the same answers which looks came automatically all the time : Currently, 10 working days are produced for towels. I appreciate that it's a little over, but it required reprinting, which is the reason for the delay. It should be with you in the coming days. Don’t think so they checked who and when customer order product . Still waiting product which should be for gift but to late .

As there was an issue with the finish of your item we had to reproduce it which caused a delay in sending out your item. Product hasn’t arrived yet and I ordered 18 days ago. I think I will be very happy with the product when it arrives, i haven’t even been told it’s been dispatched! Frustrating!

Still have not received my items. Have contacted Custom gifts twice and not heard anything back. Very disappointed as was a present for Father’s Day. Will not be recommending or using this company again. Will give it a couple of days more hoping my item arrived, before I go to the bank to report and get reimbursed .

You have sent me an email and asked to review my order I am still waiting for my order to be dispatched 17days after ordering I have sent an email today but haven’t heard anything back yet. This was for a birthday present which has been and gone 9 days ago.

I am a bit disappointed to say the least ,have previously sent an email stating This still not received the product that I ordered with you over 3 weeks ago this was to be a present for someone ,you stated would be delivered within 10 working days, Look forward to your responce.
