I ordered two similar presents. One was delivered two weeks ago. No sign of the other yet despite an E mail reminder from me.

Am not happy with the service as l have only received half of my order and sent emails and messages and no one has bothered getting back so I am out of pocket on my order so I do not recommend this service

Bought a personalised extendable lead for a medium sized dog which weighs 24.4kg and the lead says it will hold up to 50kg. First time I had the dog out with it like he say off arrival the lead stopped retracting and therefore is full length all of the time which makes it hard walking on roads. Therefore I couldn’t take the dog out for the next 2 days as I didn’t have any lead and was waiting for another to arrive. Not on from this website. To anyone thinking of buying anything from this website I would advise them not to as it will be a waste of money like mine. I have tried contacting them with several emails and haven’t got back to me at all.

Very disappointed in the quality, the ink has run in 2 places! I have e-mailed your customer services, last week & have not received any correspondence from them either. All in all poor quality. Karen Magee
