“The service received has been soo disappointing. I am still waiting on one of my items, after 6 emails and 2 promised resendsand now over 2 months my order has still not been fulfilled despite you receiving payment immediately.”

“Don’t use this site if you want the product in 10 days as they take 7 days to process your order then use snail post (and tell you your product is out for delivery) complete nightmare company. I’ve received goods from the USA quicker than this mob. Ps read the tiny print first... as they will try to catch you out when the product is no use to you (I didn’t have the option of 0 stars)”

Hi Jeff Thank you for your review. I am sorry you feel this but it does clearly state on the ordering page the time it takes to process the order and ship it to you. We shipped within the time frame. There is no small print to catch you out. All of our T's&C's are public on our site and would never be hid from any of our customers. Thanks SM

To avoid mistakes with personalisation occuring, we offer a number of places to check personalisation when placing your order. You can see a preview of the product on the product page. You can also see personalisation on the basket, as well as on the order confirmation page and confirmation email. I'm sorry that you have had issues with our order process however we do feel that we have as many safeguards in place to prevent this kind of mistake as possible. “Placed an order for a personalised towel.Arrived quickly but unfortunatly there was a fault with it. No response to first email sent but very quick and efficient service after i sent second one a couple of days later. Replacement was fine and good quality. Would i use this site again??.....yes i think so”
