Hi Julie Thank you for your honest feedback. I'm really sorry that your order has not been recieved. I can see that it was despatched on the 14th June and was deklivered on 17th July as per our delivery guarentee and was signed for by a neighbour. We will be in touch directly in regards to this. “My 6 & 8 year old daughters absolutely loved their towels. My youngest has an unusual name so having it on a towel was extra special for her. Great quality. Use ours weekly for swimming lessons and no fading so happy with standard and quality of material”

“The product ordered was perfect, but the delivery was not. No email was sent to confirm the order had been dispatched and then we discovered that the towel had been delivered to not only the wrong house but the wrong street. It was only because the house owner was honest that we actually received the product.”

“Not sure ive received this yet. Ordered for my daughter's 21st to give her while on holiday. Would take 10 days, not bad as we had 15 days before departure.. Left to go on holiday, gift still not received so no extra gift to surprise her with on her 21st birthday on holiday. Not a happy customer!!!”
