Hi Lana Thank you for your honest feedback. The system is supposed to send a review request after your order has been delivered however we have had an issue with this sending out too soon, and a number of customers have received this email too early. Unfortunately after opening I found it has been printed in correctly, I asked for LEE but it has come with LEE HURDLE on it , as my name is Lee Jones I would like a replacement sending ASAP , Regards Lee Jones

I have contacted Custom Gifts by email asking a question about my order, but received no reply. Strange that I've managed to receive this request for a review though!!!!!

Hi Helen Thank you for your honest feedback. I can see that you contacted on 16th and we had replied on the same day. I'm sorry you haven't received our email. We do have issues with microsoft accounts putting our emails into the junk folder. We are looking into this currently but as an advisory we are asking customers to check spam folders if they do not hear back from us on the same day as we typically reply to customer emails within an hour of receiving them. Never been asked to write a review before actually receiving the product. This item was bought for my holiday NEXT WEEK so look out for another review if the product doesn’t arrive within the time YOU said it would

I recently wrote a review saying i hadn't received my item! But it arrived today so i thought i better write another! Although it took a little while to arrive it has turned up and i love it! Great quality! I would just suggest that they leave off the email about writing a review until people have received it 😂 but really great product!
