Hi Mark Thank you for your honest feedback. The system is supposed to send a review request after your order has been delivered however we have had an issue with this sending out too soon, and a number of customers have received this email too early. I do hope that you can understand this was in error and your review does not reflect the quality of service, nor the quality of the item purchased, which is typically exemplary based upon the other reviews listed here. “I recently wrote a review saying i hadn't received my item! But it arrived today so i thought i better write another! Although it took a little while to arrive it has turned up and i love it! Great quality! I would just suggest that they leave off the email about writing a review until people have received it 😂 but really great product!”

“Hi Thank you for the Towel Really good size and quality. However one problem was who ever you use to deliver it?.left outside on my doorstep in the rain in clear view of the road.lucky I came home for lunch and found it! My sister hasn't been so lucky and hasn't found hers!!!!! Thanks Ange”
