“Really good experience of ordering personalised goods. Order took longer than expected to arrive but as the goods were personalised and they were Christmas presents it wasn’t a problem.”

“The buying process was easy and straightforward, however I did not receive any order confirmation by email, update on the order status despite using Facebook Messenger to request a delivery date. The delivery was about 10 days after I placed my order. The goods were personalised and everything was done as ordered.”

“After ordering a gluten-free hamper I was a amazed at the speed of delivery. Unfortunately I opened it to discover a vegan hamper! I contacted the company through email immediately but recieved no reply over the weekend. I chased it up on the Monday to be told that someone would call me back. They failed to do so. I called back on Tuesday to be told that the correct hamper would be delivered that day. It didn't arrive. I rang again on Wednesday to be told that the company in charge of sending the hamper hadn't been told to send a replacement. I eventually recieved it on the Friday! A week later. On the other hand I did get to keep the vegan hamper so the recepient actually had extra items as the majority of those were also gluten-free. The items in the hamper were of high quality but the customer service will put me off in the future.”

Hi Joanne I am really sorry with the service you have recieved from us in this instance. Typically we pride ourselves on our customer service so I am really disapointed to read this review. We will investigate this matter internally and address the issues behind the poor communication from our side to try to prevent this kind of thing happening in future as it is completely unacceptable.
