“The towel I received was poorly made and poor quality in my opinion. Not worth the money. Very disappointed”

“I placed the order, which was fine. Unfortunately, the money was debited from my account and I didn’t receive an email to say the item had been dispatched. Still hadn’t received item, so emailed company about the non arrival and they did get back to me very promptly to apologise and put another one in the post. However, as of yet have still not received it.”

It appears that there was a quality issue with you item which meant that the item had to be made from scratch again, this has put a considerable delay in sending out your item. “I ordered 2 Toasting mallow advent calendars obviously I have not opened them yet. I was under the impression there would be a canister to toast the mallows on and I don't think there is the advent calendar is not large enough to hold one. So I could be disappointed in December. However I love the Mallows and will toast them myself somehow”

“Hiya i recieved my nottingham forest towel in super time was very impressed the towel on a whole is good. But it seems to have marks on it when u rub it one way or the other. Feel the quality could be a little better. Not sure how it will end up like after a wash. Overall nice product apart from that.”
