“I placed an order on the 1st of December it was expecting to be delivered on the 14th it's now the 18tg still no sign of my order ,!!”

“Great shopping experience and gift. Being able to see and cusomise the towels with my photos was easy. Price was good. The towels are quite thin but as expected at this price point and the pictures have come out very well. I would definitely use this site again.”

“Placed an order withg custom gifts for several items on the 29th November, as of yet I have recieved 1 item. I have contacted custom gifts several times regarding my missing items, I am still waiting for a reply....I WILL HAVE 3 VERY DISAPPOINTED CHILDREN ON CHRISTMAS MORNING!!!!”

“Most unhelpful company I have ever ordered from. Ordered a gift a month ago and I have still not received it. Tried to get in contact with the company multiple times and have had no response. Word of advise to everyone, do not order from them. Absolute joke.”

“The order has taken over two weeks, it's still not received and one of the towels is needed for a child's Secret Santa in two days. I'm really disappointed, but I just hope the quality of the print is good, otherwise the whole thing has been a waste of time and money. The company have answered my correspondence timely and politely, but that still doesn't change the fact that these have been paid for and we're up to 16 days now.”

Hi Laura Thanks for your honest feedback. We have got a 10 working day despatch guarentee currently to allow for the large influx of orders we get over Christmas. “Unfortunately I am still waiting on the bean bag I ordered so cannot comment on the quality - I did e mail customer services to ask for an update on dispatch times and was told it takes 10 days to go through the system and it is now 17 days since I ordered it with no further update. Maybe you could install a better tracking system to keep customers updated.”
