“Hadn’t heard about my delivery so contacted customer service for an update. Amazing! Jared took control sorted this out and I had my items within 3 working days Well worth it!”

“I placed an order on the 16th November for a personalised Celtic Duvet cover to this date I still haven’t received it a month on and we’re now less than a week away from Christmas and I’m going to have a unhappy wee boy if this doesn’t arrive in time! I had to chase them last week they should be letting there customers know if they have problems dispatching items very badly organised.”

“I was very impressed with the customer care from custom gifts. I emailed an enquiry and Jared got back to me almost immediately. He really listened to what I was looking for and the design he came up with was perfect. I was looking for beach towels for a young boys football team and he asked for extra information to make sure they were just right. He kept me updated with my order and even phoned me to say they had been dispatched as I had made a further enquiry to ensure I would have them to give out at the boys last training session before Christmas. First class service from Jared and custom gifts.”

“Fantastic service from custom gifts. Ordered quite close to Xmas and they have arrived in time. Product is excellent, I didn’t expect it to be as good as it was for the price and it included a free gift! I also emailed with a query which was answered promptly. High recommend”
