“Item not in stock yet money was taken straight away. I had no contact to notify me of the lack of stock and failure to complete my order until chasing up several weeks after placing the order. Order cancelled and refund issued but had to be chased.”

“Ordered two items, both personised: a Christmas box and a bottle of gin. The wrong Christmas box was sent to me, personalised with someone else's details, though to their credit the company quickly sorted out a correct replacement, and this morning the gin arrived, correctly personalised, but it's a bottle of vodka.”

“Ordered a Red Harry Potter cushion, unfortunately when it arrived it is a brown colour. Contacted customer services and they basically said that’s the colour it is there is nothing we can do and then they ended all communication. I would not buy this if it is to coordinate with any other Harry Potter products (bedding, curtains etc) this is not Griffindor red. Very disappointed. I have photos to show this but no option to attach.”
