Ask to write a review but neither myself or my mother in law have received our order of hand sanitizer. I have sent two messages asking when we are likely to receive them but as yet I am still waiting for a response. Very disappointed with the lack of communication.

Ironic to ask someone to write a review for an item that he hasn’t received yet and yes you might reply and say “oh no not our fault , it’s Yodels that are at fault but guess what “YODEL “ is chosen by you ,Paid by you , for a service that they don’t provide to your customers ! Sorry but don’t think I be using you again

You're right - failure of the delivery company is our responsibility and we are constantly monitoring service levels to ensure that we are using the best courier we can. Material is very cheap . Transferant plastic is very bed quality. Its bit protected but not value for money.

Bit expensive for the actual quality of the product. Looks quite cheaply made and especially since it’s personalised. Not that happy with it.

Came quick, printed lovely and sturdy chair but it’s TINY! I’m not sure if it’s meant to be for a child or a Teddy. My daughter is only one, she’s not even big she’s small but she just perches on it. I even emailed about this but haven’t heard anything back. Glad it was reduced as I would hate to pay full price.

Quality of the product is not great. There are printing lines across the towel and some print missing. Wouldn’t reccommend.

Not at all happy! Made my order at the Pet Show on the 2/11/19. Still no arrival in December. Rang and spoke to someone who stated the products I’d be sent straight out. Received nothing so called back the following week and nothing was even seen to. This man then did get the order sorted. I then received one cushion which was poor quality and was unfinished! Then I received a second order of the same cushion which was great quality. The thing is I did not receive the second cushion. So for Xmas which I originally ordered at the beginning of November I only have the cushion for my daughter, not my son. Then the people aren’t contactable until the 2nd January 2020 so this is my son without his cushion which I paid for. I will be in contact after the New Year as way from happy and want a full refund as I’ve been immensely messed about and left without a item! Really isn’t good enough!

Purchase finally arrived after over a month of waiting, not the 10 days time frame that I’d been given when I ordered. I had to send emails/messages to 3 different places before receiving a response about my order and where it was. Unfortunately, when it finally arrived, it had a big stain across the front, like someone had wiped dirty fingers across it. As it was an Xmas gift and I’d already waited a long time, I was reluctant to send it back/make a complaint. I have now washed the product, the stain has come out and I’m happy with it. To sum up, the product is great but the customer service could be much improved.

Ordered on the 5th December, item marked as made and dispatched within 5 days on the website, it’s now the 22nd and it still hasn’t been delivered. Not much I can really review.

The order has taken over two weeks, it's still not received and one of the towels is needed for a child's Secret Santa in two days. I'm really disappointed, but I just hope the quality of the print is good, otherwise the whole thing has been a waste of time and money. The company have answered my correspondence timely and politely, but that still doesn't change the fact that these have been paid for and we're up to 16 days now.

The colouring on the Aston Villa towel I ordered was really disappointing. The claret (majority of the towel) is not at all like the correct tone, it’s very dark. I’m contemplating not giving it my son for Christmas
