They sent me a email saying I have received my gift but I haven’t received it so far I have sent them 2 emails but not heard anything back it’s for my father in law’s birthday which is next Friday

Ordered in November for Christmas delivery. One item of the order arrived swiftly and problem free. I have also had previous orders with no problems. First email was ignored but chased up by telephone before Christmas and was told 'it was waiting outside' and they would make sure I had it by Christmas. Fortunately, I made other arrangements and despite 2 more chasers since Christmas, with a different story given each time I'm resigned to losing approx £50 worth of stuff. I think it's incompetence rather than crookedness as why would they send part out, and indeed even bother answering the 'phone. Anyway, customer lost forever.

Christmas present ordered on the 9th December for guaranteed delivery on the 23rd. Emailed to confirm it would arrive, didn't get a reply. Changed to be delivered on the 26th obviously didn't arrive. Phoned the start of January and it hadn't even been ordered!! Eventually appeared on the 8th Jan. The suitcase that I had ordered was of good quality but the customer service and delivery issues were horrendous. I won't be back.

Ordered ages ago, NO confirmation email, paid on order. Emailed numerous times, no response what-so-ever ! Money Lost I think. Will never use again and won't recommend on FB or Instagram

Ordered over two weeks ago. No comma to tell me there was a delay. Had to ring and enquire. When I did a very uninterested young man said he would have to go downstairs to check. Made it sound such a chore! I asked him to call me back when he had some information. Six hours later still no update. I had to call again. Spoke to same man again. Sounded even less interested as he told me there was a delay. No! Really? As of today still waiting for this item. It had better be perfect when it finally arrives! I’m sure this is a good company but it’s let down by its nonchalant uninterested customer service.

Ordered 2 towels one was ok the other wasent the (R) looks nothing like it should Iv sent 3 e-mails and no reply so very disappointed

I felt this item was made with poor quality material i thought the price was too high for the item the material was very thin so much so my wife add a layer of fleece to give some thickness and substance

Ordered personalised bedding almost a month ago. Emailed to be told it had been dispatched. Still haven’t received order. Emailed again, got ignored, received an email saying it had been delivered when it hasn’t. Was then told it would be dispatched end of the week. Terrible service And communication! And it didn’t arrive in time for my sons birthday!

Although the picture is good quality the blanket material is not, and does not look like the pictures. If you want a soft fleecy blanket I wouldn’t suggest this.

Two stars for the personalised Arsenal beach towel but zero star for the personalised Arsenal cushion, poor quality and it looks cheap. Unbelievable unhelpful customer service. Very disappointed indeed.

It looks & feels great but you only have to touch it makes Mark's opening the bag it was in selotape got stuck on & left a mark which you can see a bit disappointing really.

Received the item after having to email twice to chase it up. It turned up eventually but was broken. This item was not packed very well. Had to get a refund unfortunately. Mirror was very thin and flimsy and was broken after the ‘E’
