Received the item after having to email twice to chase it up. It turned up eventually but was broken. This item was not packed very well. Had to get a refund unfortunately. Mirror was very thin and flimsy and was broken after the ‘E’

Excellent quality product! But not clear on website re personalisation and gift message! My order had my husband’s name but that was all. what happened to Happy 66th Birthday? Very disappointed as order confirmation has complete message displayed! It did not exceed the 150 characters?? Won’t be using UNCUSTOM GIFTS again!

Item didn’t arrive , so further to numerous emails it was resent , but too late for valentines, very slow delivery time

Poor initial communication about shipping time. Order arrived late and I had to chase it. No updates. I wouldn't use again. Shame as the ideas are very good. These products are usually given as gifts and therefore time sensitive. It's useful to know delivery date.

patches of white where loose thread were stuck, so black ink didn't print , loose threads, towel very thin

Not very pleased the photo on the picture wasn't centre at all and the quality of pillow wasn't great.

The cushion I received, the zip looked a bit faulty , it was sticking out and the blanket wasn't great quality but ok .

For the price paid its very thin. I'm hoping it will thicken up /fluff up when washed. But as its a present seems a bit strange to wash it.

Just the drink bottle arrived no sign of the mask not happy will review again when I receive the mask there was no mention of the two items to be sent separately

Poor quality extremely thin and was shredded by my 8 month cavalier king charles in 20 minutes of having it . I know most pups chew but it was so thin it was in ribbons

The writing infront of the bed could of been a bit bigger. Put the same colour of thread on cushion which u cant see. Was expecting better. Took 2 weeks to come. Got fast replies regarding order. Overall disappointed.
