Not at all happy! Made my order at the Pet Show on the 2/11/19. Still no arrival in December. Rang and spoke to someone who stated the products I’d be sent straight out. Received nothing so called back the following week and nothing was even seen to.
This man then did get the order sorted. I then received one cushion which was poor quality and was unfinished! Then I received a second order of the same cushion which was great quality. The thing is I did not receive the second cushion. So for Xmas which I originally ordered at the beginning of November I only have the cushion for my daughter, not my son. Then the people aren’t contactable until the 2nd January 2020 so this is my son without his cushion which I paid for. I will be in contact after the New Year as way from happy and want a full refund as I’ve been immensely messed about and left without a item! Really isn’t good enough!
