“Very bad customer services. I order Birthday gift and it took 15 days and we haven't received anything yet. We write 2 times email but got the same answers which looks came automatically all the time : Currently, 10 working days are produced for towels. I appreciate that it's a little over, but it required reprinting, which is the reason for the delay. It should be with you in the coming days. Don’t think so they checked who and when customer order product . Still waiting product which should be for gift but to late .”

Hi Thanks for your honest feedback. I am really sorry your order was delayed. As you can probably appreciate we would rather send out a high quality item late than a low quality item on time. As there was an issue with the finish of your item we had to reproduce it which caused a delay in sending out your item. “Ordered specifically to get a personalised message on chocolate cup after wonderful reviews to give as a surprise. Arrived with no message ! Extremely disappointed and the person who received it had to investigate who sent it with phone calls. As you could appreciate took away the surprise element! Phoned and spoke to someone from Custom Gifts and they apologised and received a little refund but that did not make up for the huge disappointment.”

“I have purchased quite a lot of your products over the last few weeks! Amazing products, great prices, the quality is outstanding and one of my items was damaged when I received it! And this was rectified ASAP by yourself and a new item was sent out immediately!! Will definitely recommend you and will be purchasing again if you in the future .”
