“Still have not received my items. Have contacted Custom gifts twice and not heard anything back. Very disappointed as was a present for Father’s Day. Will not be recommending or using this company again. Will give it a couple of days more hoping my item arrived, before I go to the bank to report and get reimbursed .”

We have recently discovered a bug with our contact form which we are not working to try to fix. “So disappointed in this company , i ordered a towel with name printed on, on 30th may didnt arrived till till 20th june, as it was friends birthday it was to late for birthday, when i looked at it , it was more orange than a red towel it had pink patches over it, and was so thin you could see white patches coming through, actually i was upset to think ive paid good money, for very poorquality, i will neva use this site again.”
