“Loved the personalised deck chair. However the delivery details and confirmation of order was below the normal standard of other companies. Had to chase a number of times.”

“My foster child was desperate for a Harry Potter Duvet cover. Really hard to find on'e that are also 'girly'. Was really pleased to find these that also have her name on. Shame these are made from polyester. It is written in the description, nevertheless, who wants to sleep in polyester?”

Hi Thanks for your honest feedback. Unfortunately all our bedding sets have to be made with polyester. It is not possible to create a personalised bedding set on cotton as this requires a different manufacturing process that is not economical for single designs. We are looking into how we can make this clearer so that customers are not disappointed when the item arrives. Many thanks, Tom

“Delivery good, quality of flag is ok, but I can't work out what is going on with one particular design, which unfortunately was I selected without realising. Just be careful and keep a check on the top right red diagonal stripe as its thinner on that one on just some items. The review won't let me post a photo either.”

“I appreciate there’s a pandemic but delivery was super slow! It was ordered on the 30/1 and arrived today on the 13/2. The fleece lined blanket is nice but I have to say I’m a little disappointed. It’s nice quality but I was expecting it to be thick and warm but sadly it looks more like a towel. Shame as it’s a birthday gift”

“Nice gift however no personalisation was included which I had requested. I emailed them to confirm they had received the personalised message and they confirmed they had, received no communication after that the item had been shipped. I emailed twice to ask if they had shipped the item. No response. The item arrived with no personalised message or embossed name at the front. I’ve emailed them regarding this and they still haven’t responded to any of my emails. Very disappointing”

“The towel inscription and colours are great and the sizing is good too which made for a ideal Christmas present however, the quality is very poor thin material I doubt the item will last too long”

“Ordering was simple and delivery was fast. The boxes are nice, not the most amazing quality but fine. The only trouble was one of the boxes came without screws in one side of the hinges so the lid as very loose and came off. Given that, I probably wouldn’t use this company again.”

“The blanket is lovely. I would have liked to be able to choose the colour and it could be a bit bigger but I'm happy with it. It will make a lovely gift. The service was prompt so thank you.”

“Bought a Friends cushion for my granddaughters Christmas. When it arrived thought some of the lettering was a bit smudged. Phoned and was told to send photo as I duly did . I contacted them to be told this was the way it should be. When I showed it to my daughter she thought the same as me. Phoned and was told right off this was how it should be so that's why I have given a 3”

“I ordered a naked marshmallow set from yourselves, the product looks lovely and the person the gift is for will definitely love it. However the internal cardboard holding the items in place was ripped so the items were moving around and wont look as nice as they should when opened and the external cardboard has a big scratch on so it doesn’t look very nice to receive as a gift. I would attach a photo to use for feedback however the gift is now wrapped.”

“I couldn’t amend my order even though I phoned up immediately. I Was told it is entirely automated system. The order was dispatched 4 days later and wasn’t what I wanted.”
