“Whilst the service was great from custom gifts, I have to say I was disappointed with the towel. The quality was not what I expected and bits were coming off it. Shame as the concept is nice idea”

“I'm still waiting for someone form Custom Gifts to get back to me - on an incorrect order that ruined a surprise for my wife! Terrible. Won't use again and waiting for a refund and a new personalized gift to come out with THE CORRECT SPELLING OF MY WIFE'S NAME. Thank you.”

“Bought the Liverpool dressing room mug which has been a talking point anytime my friends are in as well as being my new tea mug, hopefully have it for years to come, very good standard”

“Sadly one of the orders arrived after ther said delivery date. Which was a beach towel to take on holiday. So due to it not coming on-time we couldn't take it.”
