“I thought I had ordered two personalised towels but I hadn't processed it all, so I ended up ordering 5 days before the date I needed them for, thinking they may not arrive in time with it stating upto 10 days. However, I sent an email requesting they be posted next day delivery and I will pay the extra, I received a lovely email back saying they will try and hurry the order up but couldnt promise anything. Anyway 4 days passed and the towels arrived! I was over the moon, they're great quality and so soft! The writing on them is lovely too, very happy all round!”

“Ordered two towels. One arrived after a few days, but they other one took longer and did not arrive in time for our holiday. Quality isn’t very good as washed the first one once to take with us and it faded. Would not use again. Delivered very driver opened our gas meter and left the second towel sticking out, fortunately a neighbour took it in as I’m sure it would not have been there on our return. Not great service all round really.”

“Your be lucky if you even receive the gift, I order two mugs and they never came, so I wrote to the seller and got nothing back! They eventually replied and said they would send two more out. Yeh they lied. I would never order from these again!”
