“The Sheffield Wednesday towel i ordered is poor quality. The colour is 'Man City' blue, not 'Sheffield Wednesday' blue and looks terrible. Also, the towel is very thin.”

“Ordered 29.5.23. Rang 19.06.23. Rang again 22.6.23. No towels. Presentation came and went. Had to sort other plan B gifts. Rang 26.6.23. Order put through, towels delivered next day. Great quality. Maybe I was unlucky, I wouldn’t order from them again though.”

“Don’t listen to the lead del time, I spent a fortune on beach towels for holiday says 1-2 day’s delivery still hasn’t arrived after 10 days ended up getting delivered after I flew on holiday… customer service pants couldn’t cancel as they were personalised”
