“Always been a bit suspicious of ordering online with stories of deliveries taking weeks to arrive or not arriving at all.Just used Custom gifts for the 1st time and from ordering to arriving in less than a week .As well as emails constantly updating me .Will definitely use again”

“Well, after ordering I then decided to research the company and honestly thought I was scammed, the reviews were terrible. Ok, the delivery took just over 4 weeks after ordering so was way too late for a birthday present and the polyester is of the worst, cheapest type but overall, for the price comparison of a personalised bedding set, it’s cheap but the pictures have come out brilliantly and my son loves it.”

“Whilst the product was really good, delivery was 2 weeks over 2/3 day delivery, so missed the occasion it was required for. It was only when I contacted them regarding non delivery, the order was expedited. Flimsy plastic bag was torn in several places.”
